About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Atman Spa & Wellness Kerobokan website, make an enquiry, book a treatment or visit the spa. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge the terms that apply to that appointment.

References to "Atman Spa", "we", "us" or "our" mean Atman Spa & Wellness Kerobokan. If anything in these terms conflicts with a mandatory right provided by applicable law, that legal right will continue to apply.

Booking your treatment

We recommend booking at least one day in advance to improve the chance that your preferred treatment, therapist and time are available. For a same-day appointment, please contact us directly by WhatsApp or telephone.

An enquiry or WhatsApp message does not by itself guarantee availability. Your booking is confirmed when our team accepts the requested treatment and appointment time.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed by Atman Spa are inclusive of applicable tax and service charges unless we clearly state otherwise. The price confirmed for your booking will reflect the selected treatment and duration, together with any valid promotion applied at the time of booking.

If a published price contains an obvious error, our team will explain the correct price before confirming the booking. You may choose whether to continue with the corrected booking.

Cancellations and late changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. The following cancellation fees apply:

A requested change of date, time or treatment remains subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate a late change, the cancellation rule for the original appointment may apply.

If Atman Spa must cancel an appointment, we will offer a suitable alternative where possible. Any payment already received for a service we cannot provide will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Arrival and late arrivals

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This allows time for check-in, consultation and preparation without reducing your treatment time.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the treatment so the next guest is not delayed. The original treatment price may still apply. We will do our best to provide the fullest experience possible within the remaining appointment time.

Promotions and special offers

Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for direct bookings made through Atman Spa & Wellness official channels, including our website, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Unless an offer specifically states otherwise:

• promotions do not apply to bookings made through third-party agencies;
• a promotion cannot be combined with another discount, promotion or special offer;
• availability may be limited by treatment, therapist, date, time or campaign allocation; and
• the additional conditions stated with a specific promotion also apply.

Treatment suitability and comfort

Please tell our team about allergies, pregnancy, injuries, medical conditions, medications or accessibility requirements that may affect your treatment. This allows us to recommend reasonable adjustments or advise whether a treatment is suitable.

Spa and wellness treatments are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Where appropriate, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

You may ask the therapist to adjust pressure, temperature or positioning, or to stop the treatment at any time. Our therapists may also modify or decline a treatment where they reasonably believe it would be unsafe or inappropriate.

Website and treatment information

We aim to keep treatment descriptions, durations, prices, opening hours and availability accurate. Details may occasionally change, and photographs are illustrative. Our team will confirm the material details that apply to your booking before the appointment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Indonesian consumer protection law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a remedy available under applicable law.
